The Acrobatic Artsâ„¢ program is based on safe and effective progressions with proven results in five divisions of AcroDance: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling. Developed with input from professionals and experts in ballet, modern dance, jazz, contortion, artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, sport acrobatics, yoga, acro yoga, pilates, physiotherapy, hand balancing and more, you will not find a more comprehensive program. Simple thoughtful progressions take the beginner preschool level dancer from log rolls and summersaults to the advanced dancer tumbling effortlessly across the stage!

Ready to stretch, leap, turn and train the day away with our talented in house instructors? If you are looking to hone your technique and expand your technical ability this summer, this is the summer workshop is for YOU!

Dancers will train in ballet & jazz daily as well lyrical and contemporary and hip hop. Dancers will also work on strength and flexibility and learn exercises to continue progressing in these areas. The workshop will be primarily technique focused, but will be sprinkled with just the right amount of fun combos to help dancers flex their mental muscles as well.
