Preschool Dance Class
In our preschool classes we will be introducing students to the wonderful world of dance. We will primarily be focusing on tap, jazz and ballet dance. Students will work on developing listening and dance skills by following directions, turn-taking activities, and other fun activities while being introduced to dance. Girls will need wear any color leotard, tights, tan Tap & pink ballet shoes. Boys will need comfortable clothes (no jeans), black Tap & black Jazz shoes. We will be enforcing social distancing rules and limiting class size

Hip-hop
This class will introduce students to the world of hip-hop dance as well as a little bit of break dancing. Sutdents will need to wear a t-shirt, comfortable tennis shoes, as well as comfortable shorts or pants. No jeans

Tappin’ Tymers
NEW for our 2020/2021 season! Join in on the fun as we tap our feet and have some fun! Students will learn the foundation & fundamentals of Tap. No experience is required. Dance attire is black Tap shoes, tan tights, and pink or black leotard

Tumbling 1.5
This class will focus on basic tumbling skills (forward rolls, cartwheels, etc). Students will also learn how to properly stretch their muscles to prevent injury as well as improve flexibility skills. Due to COVID concerns, students have the option to bring their own personal mat to practice tumbling skills on OR they can use our studio mats. Extra precautions will be taken due to COVID. Dress code is any color leotard & bare feet for girls, and shorts/pants and fitted shirt & bare feet for the boys.

Regents Mini Dance Company
This dance company team is new for this season! Our Regents Mini Dance company is by invitation only. Students will primarily focus on tap, jazz, and musical theatre dance genres. Member of this dance team will be representatives of our studio and will compete at four dance competitions throughout the dance year as well as attend one dance convention. This class does travel for competitions. Dress code for this class is black leotard, tights, tan tap shoes & Ballet shoes

Regals Junior Dance Company
Our Regals Junior Dance company is a competition dance class. Students need to have previous dance experience. Students will primarily focus on tap, jazz, and musical theatre dance genres. Member of this dance team will be representatives of our studio and will compete at four dance competitions throughout the dance year as well as attend one dance convention. Students must be committed to representing the dance studio out in our community in a positive manner. Dress code for this class is black leotard, tights, tan tap shoes & turning shoes

Contemporary Ballet & Movement
Modern/contemporary is best described as ballet with a twist. Modern/contemporary incorporates elements of classical ballet as well as modern dance. Students will need to wear black leotard, tights & turning shoes. Hair must be pulled back out of face

Students will also learn their dance for the Christmas recital as well as their dance for the end-of-year recital. Class attire is pink or black leotard, tights and ballet shoes. Hair needs to be pulled back out of the face

Royals Senior Dance Team
Our Royals Senior Dance company is by auditions only. Students will primarily focus on various genres of dance. Member of this dance team will be representatives of our studio and will compete at four dance competitions throughout the dance year as well as attend one dance convention. Students must be committed to representing the dance studio in a positive manner while out in our community. Dress code for this class is black leotard, tights, tan tap shoes & turning shoes

Ballet II
This class is for advanced ballet students. Placement in Ballet II must be pre-approved by an instructor. Ballet II will compete in competitions. Dress code is black leotard, tights, and ballet/pointe shoes.

Little Rolling Rocks Toddler Tumbling Class
This class is new to our dance curriculum! This class will introduce preschool age children to the basics of Tumbling. Students will focus on skills that will help them develop strength, balance, poise, as well as to help strengthen listening skills and following directions. Due to COVID students may either bring their own small mat OR they may use our mat to practice skills on. Extra cleaning and sanitation steps will be put in place. Dance attire is any color leotard with hair pulled back out of the face

Ballet 1.5
This is an intermediate ballet class. Placement in this class will need to be pre-approved by our ballet instructor or Mrs. Holly. We will continue to focus on the fundamentals of ballet including barre work, proper stretching, and floor work. Dress code for this class is black leotard, tights, and ballet shoes. Hair will need to be pulled out of face. No t-shirts or baggy clothes over leotard

6:30 PM to 7:15 PM

Lyrical
Lyrical is a mixture of jazz and ballet. Students will learn to connect emotion and dance. This is a wonderful class to go hand-in-hand with one of our ballet classes as well as our modern/contemporary class. Dress code is black leotard, tights, and turning shoes.
