Drama/Improv Camp
Drama/Improv Camp with Momentum Arts is a fun program designed for young performers who are interested in developing their improvisational skills and exploring the world of drama. During the program, camp participants will engage in a wide range of activities that will help them to develop their creativity, imagination, and stage presence. These activities will be both individual and group-based, and will include a variety of drama games, exercises, and scenes. The curriculum of the program is designed to help campers build confidence, develop their communication skills, and enhance their ability to think on their feet. They will learn how to create characters and scenes on the spot, adapt to changing situations, and work collaboratively with others. At the end of the program, camp participants will have the opportunity to showcase their skills and talents in a final performance that will be open to friends and family.

Junior Musical Theatre Dance Intensive
The Junior Musical Theatre Dance Intensive is designed to introduce committed younger dancers to various musical theatre styles of dance, along with vocal work and performance techniques. The intensive will culminate in a performance opportunity on Friday evening. The program is designed to help dancers hone their technique, build confidence, and develop their artistry.

The Junior Intensive will meet from 9am-4pm on Monday and Friday (with the showcase on Friday evening), and 9am-1pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Cost is $150 per week.

We recommend extending this experience by attending the TheatreWorks camp the week before. That program will explore the full pieces being presented at the dance intensive, giving performers stronger context.

Pretty in Pink Camp
Our glamorous Barbie-themed camp is a celebration of all things fabulous and fun! From glamorous arts and crafts sessions where creators can design their own Barbie accessories and outfits, to interactive storytelling that brings Barbie's exciting adventures to life, glamour is guaranteed.

Campers will have the chance to participate in a Barbie fashion show, showcasing their unique creations on a runway fit for a superstar. With a variety of colorful fabrics, glitter, and accessories at their disposal, every camper becomes a mini fashion designer, embracing their individual style and expressing their inner diva.

Friendship is at the heart of the Barbie-themed camp experience. Campers engage in team-building activities, group games, and collaborative projects. We are dedicated to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where every camper feels like a star.

STEAM camp at Momentum Arts is an exciting program that combines the worlds of science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics. During the program, camp participants will engage in a variety of hands-on activities that will help them to develop their creativity, problem-solving skills, and critical-thinking skills. The curriculum of the program is designed to help campers develop their skills in each of the STEAM areas, as well as to encourage cross-disciplinary thinking and collaboration. Cost is $150 per participant.

Acting Through Song Intensive
In this half-day intensive, aspiring performers will explore different musical theatre styles, expand their audition repertoire, and receive coaching on developing a character through song. Tech students will have the opportunity to learn how to create props, sets, costume pieces, and more! They will work closely with Momentum's Technical Director to develop pieces used in all of this season's shows.

Tuition is $20 per month. Students can sign up to work during any show rehearsals:

The Lightning Thief
Students in grades 6-12 are invited to join our cast of The Lightning Thief! Rehearsals are Saturdays from 11am to 2pm, with shows December 20-22 (Friday - Sunday). (If you are not available for all show days, please let us know at the time of registration.) Tuition is $65 per month, and there is a $45 production fee due at registration that helps to cover the cost of costumes and licensing fees. Auditions will be held at the first rehearsal on August 17 from 11am to 2pm.
