NEW DSP FEATURE: View All of your ESB/Vimy emails in one place!

Since we all get so many emails in a day, sometimes the important and time sensitive messages can get lost in the sea of other messages. Even when you know you’ve seen it before, and want to reference something in it again, somehow the search function doesn’t want to bring it up. So whenever you are specifically looking for a dance related message, you can go on your parent portal and see only dance emails all on one page! Here’s how:
1. Log-In and click “Info” drop-down menu title at the top of the page
2. Click “Bulletin Board” from the menu
3. Click on the “E-mail History” Tab at the top-right
This will open up the “News and Notes” page with all of your dance emails ready to open and read.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. This is not an e-mail system and you cannot reply or forward from here. It will, however, show you the date that it was sent, which will help you find the original message in your own email software in order to reply, etc.
2. You will only see e-mails sent directly from Dance Studio Pro. Any e-mails sent directly from office staff email accounts, including our main admin account, will not show in DSP.

We hope this parent portal tool will help you stay in the loop on time sensitive deadlines and other important instructions for your dancer(s). Be sure to check it often to stay up to date.
