Hello Spring!

Inclement Weather:
Closings due to weather events will be posted on social media, sent via email, and a message will be placed on the studio's voicemail. Note: 804 does not follow school district weather policies. For the most up to date information, like us & follow on social media @804danceplace.

Make-up Classes:
Dancers unable to attend a regularly scheduled class due to illness, injury, weather, or family emergency may arrange a make up class by contacting info@804danceplace.com.

Tuition Reminders:
--Monthly Installment payments are due on or before the 10th of each month. Families enrolled in AUTOPAY will have installments automatically paid on the 10th. The final installment payment will process on April 10th. No payments in May 2024.

Other Studio Reminders:
--Please bring a water bottle and pack snacks in your dance bag when taking multiple classes.
--Check the LOST & FOUND for missing items during your next visit to the studio.
--Please be sure your dancer has their dance shoes each week. Plus check their shoes to see if they need to go up a size. You're welcome to exchange shoes--"leave a pair and take a pair" using the shoes bins in the lobby. Please see an 804 staff member for assistance with fit.

SPRING BREAK is coming up! 804 Dance Place will be closed on Friday, March 29th through Sunday, April 7th. Classes will resume on Monday, April 8th.

SEASON 8 SPRING GALA

March 10th | Spring Gala Fee due
April 12th | Spring Gala Packet released, including Dress Rehearsal & Performance Schedule, no later than 4/12.
April 15th @10AM | Spring Gala Additional Tickets go on sale via 804 Studio Portal. Annual Gala Tickets are tentatively $15 each and will cover gala expenses, including venue rental, tech fees, and rehearsals.
April 15th - 25th | Costume Handout Weeks
May 10th | *Dress Rehearsal 4PM-9PM | TBA on 4/12
May 11th | *Dress Rehearsal 9AM-4PM | TBA on 4/12
*Creative & Tutu dancers will participate in (1) dress rehearsal on Friday or Saturday and perform in (1) show. Upper levels (Junior and above) and student company may be cast in one or more shows. We do our best to get siblings in (1) performance and younger dancers in earlier performances, but it's not guaranteed.
