Programs & Fees

The non-refundable Registration fee is due at time of enrollment to secure class space. The first month's tuition payment will be processed September 1.

Unless otherwise noted, all classes are 10 month programs (September-June). Monthly tuition charges are the tuition fees divided into 10 month payments for your convenience.

Class changes are expected until September 30th. After this date a $50 cancellation fee for each course is required for discontinuation of a class. After November 1st, the fees for the rest of the season will be automatically charged to your credit card as one lump sum. There is no reimbursement of fees after March 1.

Additional Fees

Costume Fees: Dancers in our 10-month programs that are participating in our year-end production will be charged $83 for each costume. One costume is ordered for each discipline a dancer is enrolled in (due Nov 15th). Dancers in our "First Steps" Program have either a costume to keep or a costume rental fee included in their tuition.

Recital Fee: $50 recital fee per student (or $70/family-2 students, 90/family-3 students, $110/family- 4 students, additional students $20 each) Due March 15th of each season. Optional for dancers in the First Steps Program.

Discounts

Family Discount: Creators Arts Centre applies a family discount of 5% on tuition fees to the second child, 10% for the third & 15% for subsequent children who dance within the same family. The discount is applied to the child(ren) taking the same amount of classes or less then the first child. Your discount will be reflected on the final screen of the registration process. This discount is only for 10 month classes and not short-term programs.

Tuition Discounts: The more classes a student registers in the cheaper the hourly tuition rate will be. Our dancers max out at 9 hours of class time per week, so any class time over this limit is FREE! Multiple class discounts will be reflected in the final screen during the registration process.
