Late Fee Policy

Dear Dance Parents,

I hope this letter finds you well. We appreciate your ongoing commitment to your child's dance journey with Tippi Toes of Birmingham. As we strive to maintain the high standards of our programs, we want to inform you about an important change to our payment policy.

Starting February, 2024, we will be implementing a new late fee policy for overdue payments. To ensure the smooth functioning of our studio and the timely compensation of our dedicated instructors, a late fee will be applied to accounts with outstanding balances that extend beyond the 10th of each month.

Please be aware that this policy will take effect on February 1, 2024. If payments are not received by the 15th of the month, a one-time late fee of $15 will be applied to your account. One late fee per family, not per student will be assessed. We believe this adjustment will help us maintain the quality of our dance programs and ensure a positive experience for all students.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage you to communicate with us if you encounter difficulties meeting the payment deadline. We are always open to discussing individual situations and finding solutions that work for both parties.
