Welcome to the MCDE Parent Portal

The portal is very useful for many things such as adding students, classes, viewing studio announcements, class notes, student notes, viewing your account statement and when recital music is ready it will be added to your classes as well. To view your statement click make a payment then click statement. It shows the oldest charges at the top with the newest charges at the bottom. If you have any questions just click the contact tab and that will open the dialogue box. WE love helping customers so if what you are looking for in not on the website or in the parent portal please ask !

CHARGES & PAYMENTS

Tuition is calculated automatically by the program as you register for classes. Please check you are charged correctly. When you have more than 1 student the total family tuition gets split evenly to each of your students regardless if one student takes more or less classes than the other students in your family.
At this time only on line payments can be made through the parent portal. Only cash is accepted in person at the desk. When you go to MAKE A PAYMENT it shows how much convenience fees are.(3% credit card) and (1% ACH or electronic check)

Logging In & Passwords

Change your password to something you will remember or write it down. Case matters so be careful not to have caps lock on when creating your new password but do use combination of lower and upper case and numbers and/or special characters. If yo forgot your password you do have the ability to reset it. If you continue to have trouble let us know and we will do a reset and email you a new log in,
