Attention Parents / Students:

We wish to bring to your attention a recent modification concerning the convenience fee for online payments and the AutoPay feature within DanceStudio-Pro's Parent Portal.

Effective immediately, the convenience fee for online payments and AutoPay within DanceStudio-Pro's Parent Portal is now 4.00%.

Should you decide to continue using AutoPay with the 4.00% convenience fee, there is no need for any action on your part. Your payments will continue to be automatically processed on the first day of each month as usual.

However, if you prefer not to proceed with AutoPay and do not wish to incur the 4.00% convenience fee, please notify us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, you will be unable to remove AutoPay yourself from the DanceStudio-Pro Parent Portal. For assistance in removing AutoPay, please contact our studio staff by replying to this email (tapnarts@gmail.com).

We want to assure you that alternative payment methods are still available to you:
Cash: Payments can be made in person at our studio during our regular office hours.

Checks: Monthly payments can be submitted by check, payable to Tap 'n Arts Dance Studio. You can either drop them off in our lobby or mail them to our home office at: 4439 Mars Avenue, Harrisburg, PA 17112

Bill Payer: You may submit monthly payments through your financial institution's Bill Payer service. Please make checks payable to Tap 'n Arts Dance Studio and have them mailed to our home office at: 4439 Mars Avenue, Harrisburg, PA 17112

Zelle: Payments can also be made through Zelle using the email address: zelle@tapnarts.com
A friendly reminder that tuition payments are due during the first week of each month, and if you choose to continue using AutoPay, payments will be processed automatically on the first day of each month.

We understand that these adjustments may impact your preferred payment method, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Our ultimate aim is to continue providing you with an exceptional dance education experience, and we are deeply grateful for your continued support.
