The information below is for families registering any child for our 2020-2021 dance year:
— A $25 non-refundable registration fee is due upon registering to hold your child's place in their desired class day/time.
— When registering, you are required to sign a waiver in order for your child to participate in activities at Ohana.
— Payment: We accept cash and checks brought to the studio and you may pay online with a card through Dance Studio Pro
— There will be a $25.00 return check fee for any returned checks.
— After the 5th of the month, Ohana School of Performing Arts will charge a $10.00 late fee for any outstanding tuition balances. After the 10th of the month, Ohana School of Performing Arts will charge an additional $5.00 late fee for any outstanding tuition balances. These fees must be paid with tuition in order for your dancer to participate in classes.
— Correspondence with Ohana will be through e-mail. Please check your e-mails often as we send reminders, specific class info, and ALL studio updates! If you are not getting e-mails, please email us. Newsletters will also be available on our website.
Helpful Registration tips:
— Students are placed in classes based on their age as well as their level of ability. We ask that all families please register their child for their age category. Within the first month of classes, your child’s instructor WILL let you know IF they feel your child is not where they need to be and will discuss with you IF they feel a different class level is needed at that time. Please trust them in the placing of your dancer.
— If you need to speak with your child’s teacher, please make arrangements with the front office to make an appointment.
— When registering online, please email us with any questions about placement prior to registering
