We are excited to have you and your dancer at Carla's Dance Factory!

Recital: May 20th will be our Dress Rehearsal and Company Showcase at Whitewater High school
May 21st will be our Recital at Whitewater High school.

We do have a $25 annual registration fee and a $10 discount for siblings on tuition and registration. Once logged into the parent portal you will have access to your dancer/s account. Again, thank you for allowing Carla's Dance Factory to be part of your dancer's dance education.

There is still time to enroll in beginner, intermediate, or advanced Tap classes starting July 12th or Dance Team Prep classes starting July 13th.

Holiday Closure Dates 2022-23 (NO Classes will be held on these dates unless a makeup day is needed due to a weather closure.):
September 5th -- Labor Day
October 10th-11th WE WILL BE HOLDING CLASSES
October 31st -- Halloween
November 20th-27th– Thanksgiving Break
December 18th– January 3rd– Christmas Break
January 16th – MLK Day (Potential Make-Up Day)
February 19th-26th Winter Break
April 2nd– April 9th Spring Break

Picture Week: March 15th-18th 2023. No classes are held during picture week. All pictures are done at the studio.

Welcome to Carla's Dance Factory Online Portal

We are so excited about this upcoming 2022-23 season! This will be our 38th year! We will have new classes being offered like Rhythm Works Integrative Dance which is a Hip Hop based Exceptional Student Program run by our certified teachers, an Exceptional Dancer Ballet or Jazz class, ALL boys tap and hip, and new for this season for our teens we are offering a Contemporary/Ballet class. A friendly reminder that you must take ballet to take any Jazz class.

Recreation/Satellite Students

Dear Parents and Students,

We are currently running classes back to our normal sizes. Masks are optional, we no longer require the temp, symptom, or sanitizer use on our check-in form. Our teachers will be taking attendance, but you can still check them in through your parent portal or log an absence.

Additionally, we still have our specialized UV Air filtration system that continually cleans the air as it circulates throughout the building.

Company Students

Congratulations and welcome to our #CDF4L family to all our new and returning 2022-23 Company Dancers! CDF Office

There will be late fees applied for both Choreography and Competition of $25. Under NO exceptions will these be removed! You can provide a post-dated check prior to any due date to avoid late fees.

If you are doing a solo/duet/trio/small group (not auditioned for), we will not be entering competitions until ALL entry fees have been paid to the studio.

The Company fee will be split into 3 payments of $50 with the first one due upon registration, September, and October.

The Costume Deposits will also incur a late fee each of $10 as we are ordering costumes beginning in August/September. When costumes are ready they must be signed out by a parent. Please verify your costume deposit has been paid by logging into your parent portal. If your costume deposit has not been paid, then costumes cannot be signed out until this has been paid.
