Parents/guardians agree to all policies and procedures of Kelly's Dance. Photos may be used in marketing and promotion (in social media and other formats) of the studio. Parents/guardians agree to full payment of tuition upon registration and commit to participating in the full season including recital pieces for all classes. It is understood that dance can result in injury and, while all members of the Kelly's Dance team take every precaution, no instructor or other employee of Kelly's Dance can not be held responsible.

I understand that Dance is a season long activity and, upon registration, agree to pay the tuition, costume fees, and any late fees or processing charges in full. I understand that monthly installments are a benefit offered to current students. Should I decide to discontinue instruction, full payment of all tuition and fees will be required immediately.
