Please be aware that tuition is due the first lesson of each month, and no refunds are given for tuition or costume deposit or the $10 registration fee. There is a $25 fee on all returned checks. Parent or guardian accepts responsibility for payments and understands that Legacy Dance Center and it's staff are not responsible for any losses or injuries, and that the students are participating in classes, recitals, fairs, and competitions at their own risk. The account holder is responsible for monthly tuition and will be charged a penalty if you withdraw after Jan 1st with the remainder of the school year tuition through June.
