PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is due the 5th of each month. A grace period of 10 days will be permitted, after a late fee of $10 will be applied to your account.
Deadlines for recital, costume, competition and/or miscellaneous fees must be followed. There will be NO grace period for these fees. A late fee of $20 will be applied to your account.
REFUND AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY
In the event payments have not been received, dancer may not participate in class until arrangements have been made.
Absolutely NO Refunds, for any reason. Studio credit may be granted depending on the situation. Studio credit is only valid as long as participant is taking classes. In the case of a participant withdrawal from the studio credit will be lost. Credit cannot be transferred to any other dancer’s account. Any classes cancelled by management will be made up with
exception to holidays, spring and winter break.
A space is reserved for your child each month. You must give a two week notice prior to withdrawing a student or you will be billed for the entire month.
RULES AND PROCEDURES
Uniforms: All costumes and uniforms must be pre-paid by deadline given or your child’s will not be ordered, no exceptions. Costumes will be used for one full year and is your responsibility to keep them neat and clean throughout the year and all pieces and parts together.
Class attire: All students must be in dance wear, stretch pants, sweatpants, dance shorts, or leotard. All students must wear dance shoes. All hair must be tied back securely. Absolutely no jeans.
Ballet attire: All students must be in required class leotard, pink tights and ballet shoes. Hair must be pulled back in a bun. Dancers who do not follow the correct dress will not be allowed to participate in class. No refunds will be given.
Valuables: Valuable items should not be brought into the studio; we will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
Visitors: Parents and visitors must sit quietly in the designated area. Please do not talk to or coach your child, this distracts the students while they are in class. Siblings or other children visiting must be kept quiet and under control or you will be asked to leave.
No tolerance: We will not tolerate parental conflict. Our job is to teach your child to dance not to referee. If there are any confrontations in class or studio function or any defamation of studio, student, or parent of R&R center for the performing arts via Facebook, twitter, Instagram or any other social media site otherwise it will result in immediate dismissal. This also applies to dancers.
Injuries: As with all sports there is a possibility of injury, R&R Center for the Performing Arts will not be responsible for any injuries.
Pictures & videos: We reserve the right to take and use pictures and videos for the use of, and in, any dance related event.
Solos: Solos are on a first come first serve basis anyone wanting a solo please let us know immediately. If there are no more time slots open, you will be placed on a waiting list for the next available space.
