T&CS *** CONDUCT & UNIFORM While we have an emphasis on fun, which is essential at this age, we are also passionate about ensuring children are learning proper techniques and discipline. To help achieve this we ask that children come to class on time with black jazz shoes which will help improve dance technique. You are free to purchase these from any supplier you choose; however, we will be happy to advise or order on your behalf should you wish. We also ask that children wear a Helen’s Angels t-shirt, which can be purchased from our online shop or directly after class. These are priced at £12/£15. In our experience we have found children are in a more focussed state when they are wearing their uniform as they better appreciate it is “Helen’s Angels timeâ€. To help maintain our professional approach to teaching we require discipline and respect for tutors, fellow students and the rehearsal studios. Any child seen to be behaving disrespectfully will be asked to leave the course. PAYMENTS Payments are to be made at the beginning of each term or as soon as your child starts the course of classes. Monthly payments are to be made at the start of each month or every 4 weeks. Payments dates will be given when you sign up. If a monthly payment is more than 2 weeks late a late payment fee of £10 will be added to your account, with additional £10 fees added for each additional two weeks of non-payment. If your account is not brought up to date within 4 weeks we will assume you no longer want your place in our classes. REFUNDS If your child misses a class, refunds cannot be given. If a class is cancelled by us, a new class shall be scheduled or a refund shall be given per cancelled class. Should your child leave Helen’s Angels Performing Arts Academy part-way through a paid for month or term, refunds will only be provided on a discretionary basis following discussion with Helen directly. PHOTOS AND PROMOTION Please tick the box below to authorise your child to participate in photographs and videos for the promotion of the academy on the Helen's Angels website, Facebook page and for publication in local newspapers.
