Term Fees
Payment in full is due upon registration for term classes, unless a Payment Plan is arranged with the office. A 5% Late Fee will be applied to all unpaid registration fees one day after the due date. If left unpaid, another fee of 5.00% ($0.00 minimum) is charged every 30 days. Students with persisting account arrears will not be permitted to register for the following season until their balance is paid in full.
Recital and Costume Fees
Recital and Costumes fees for non trainee/competitive students are posted and billed separately from term tuition fees.
Payment Plans
All Payment Plans, Trainee Program Payment Plans and Competitive Team Payment Plans are set up with credit cards, and require an active credit card in good standing to remain on file in the parent portal. Payments will be automatically withdrawn from the card on the 1st of each month, as equal instalments of 10 payments for Trainnee/Competitive Programs, or 4 payments for term plans. Payment Plans cannot be set up with debit, cash or EMT. Families/Students wishing to make their payment more than 1 week in advance of the scheduled withdrawal must notify the office immediately once payment has been made, in order to pause the automatic plan, lest the scheduled withdrawal continue and the account is double charged.
Term Refund Policy
Refunds can only be issued until the end of the first week of the term. Prior to the start of the term, refunds can be issued in full minus a $15 processing fee. Following the first class, a refund can be issued minus a $15 processing fee and a single drop-in class fee. No refunds for terms will be issued following the 1st week.
Payment Plan Refund Policy
In the event that a student enrolled in a monthly payment plan opts not to complete the program, the payment will persist until the conclusion of the current term.
Drop-In Class Refund Policy
All drop-in fees are non-refundable for students who cancel within less than 24 hours of class. If a student cancels before the 24-hour mark, their drop-in fee will be transfered to a credit which can be used at any point during term.
Camp Tuition Refund Policy
No refunds are available.
I understand and agree that all classes will be held at the studio. In the event that the Government requires the school to shut down our physical location, I understand that all classes will be converted to virtual learning. I understand I am paying for a reserved space in the classes/camp (in studio or online) I am registering for. I understand Dance Creation Studio's current refund policies. I understand that Dance Creation Studio reserves the right to cancel or dissolve any class that does not meet the minimum number of students enrolled to support the class, at the discretion of the director.
