Tuition & Late Fees Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. If the 1st falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, tuition is due the business day following the 1st. Tuition covers an average of 4 classes per month. A $20 late fee will be applied to your account on the 5th of the month for any unpaid tuition. An additional $20 late fee will be applied if payment is not received by the 10th of the month. We require a payment plan or a zero balance by the 15th of the month for your dancer to be able to continue to attend class. All accounts must be current: Before recital costumes are ordered Before the recital costumes are distributed Before your dancer can participate in the recital All requirements above must be met; Tippi Toes reserves the right to withhold costumes and/or recital participation if not fulfilled. Please ensure prompt payment to avoid late fees and disruption to your dancer's participation in classes and the recital. Processing Fees The following processing fees will be applied to all transactions beginning September 1, 2024: ACH payments: 1% + $0.20 per transaction Credit card payments: 3.05% + $0.30 per transaction You have the option to pay for the semester in full via check if you prefer. Please contact MaKayla at desmoines@tippitoesdance.com if you prefer to pay this way. Annual Registration Fee A $50 annual registration fee is charged at the time of enrollment. The registration fee covers supplies used in class, technology (including our convenient online registration system), some of our administrative expenses, and a Tippi Toes gift for each dancer. For rollover registrations, the annual fee will be added to your account at the beginning of the session. Canceling Enrollment Enrollment is automatically rolled over each month. If at any point during the season you’d like to cancel enrollment, you must email desmoines@tippitoesdance.com by the 25th of the month. You will be responsible for the following month’s tuition if the cancellation notice is not received by the 25th. No tuition refunds will be applied for late notice of cancellations.
