By enrolling & submitting my enrolment form at Torquay Dance Academy, I agree to the following terms & conditions:

I acknowledge that when enrolling my child/ren, term fees are payable at the beginning of each term. I understand that these fees (including class fees, term levy, registration fees, concert fees) are non-refundable.

I acknowledge that all fee are payable by the end of the first week of class each term. I also acknowledge that Torquay Dance Academy WILL charge a $22 administrative late fee for any overdue accounts including each portion of a payment plan due date. I also acknowledge that if my account is not settled by the end of the first week of each term, my child will no longer be offered a place in their chosen class until payment of services is received. If I am accepted for a 3-part payment plan and I miss the payment a $20 fee to cover administrative costs will be added to my account for each missed payment.

I acknowledge that Torquay Dance Academy has a no refund policy for missed classes throughout the term and that no discounts will be offered for classes missed due to family holidays.

I acknowledge that at any time if I need to cancel my enrolment, I must contact Torquay Dance Academy via email before the commencement of the term to avoid paying term fees.

If cancelling part-way through the term, I acknowledge that any term fees that have been paid will not be refunded.

I agree that as part of my child's enrolment at Torquay Dance Academy, I will be required to volunteer for a 1 x 4hr shift as some stage throughout the year (this will most likely be as a class carer for the end of year dress rehearsal or concert).

I understand and agree that my child will be placed in class based on teacher discretion, in accordance with safe dance and proper alignment and based on their previous training.

I acknowledge that Torquay Dance Academy is responsible for my child during their class time only and that my child must be delivered to and picked up from the dance studio. I acknowledge that Torquay Dance Academy IS NOT responsible for my child if they are dropped off in the car park.

In the event of an emergency, I give Torquay Dance Academy permission to apply first aid to my child or if required, call an ambulance.

I consent to Torquay Dance Academy, its officers, agents, employees and proprietors taking photographs, video and digital recordings or any other visual or audio recordings of my Child.

I consent to Torquay Dance Academy using photographs, video and digital recordings and using these in any medium, including the website, brochures or for marketing purposes.

I acknowledge that my personal information will be stored in accordance with current privacy legislation.

I acknowledge and agree that Torquay Dance Academy, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excludes all liability for any loss, damage or other claim arising from or in any way connected to the attendance of my child at Torquay Dance Academy classes, including without limitation claims relating to personal injury, or the use and publication of photographs.

I hereby release and forever discharge Torquay Dance Academy from any and all liability, loss and damage (including direct, indirect and consequential) or any other claim in anyway associated with the attendance of my child at the Torquay Dance Academy classes.

I have read and fully understand all the above terms & conditions and acknowledge that no exceptions can be made at any time.
