Class Changes or Swaps: Students are permitted to change or swap classes only during terms 1, 2, and 3. When swapping classes within the same pricing package (i.e., maintaining the same number of classes attended), the billing remains unchanged. Adding Classes: In the event of adding a class and transitioning to a higher pricing package, the term total will be prorated, accounting for only the remaining weeks. Reducing Classes: If reducing your child's enrollment and transitioning to a lower pricing package, the difference may be credited towards the following term for that child. Notice of Discontinuation: To cancel enrollment and withdraw as a student at Dance Nation, parents must provide written notification via email to dancenationsyd@gmail.com. Without written notification, billing will automatically continue, even if the student is not attending, and refunds for missed classes are not available under any circumstances.
1. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited on the premises. 2. Ensure a consistently positive and enthusiastic demeanour when entering and exiting the classroom. 3. We retain the right to suspend or cancel enrollment if a student's behaviour consistently disrupts the learning environment or distracts fellow students. This measure is not implemented as a form of punishment; rather, it is to ensure that all students at Dance Nation consistently experience a safe and optimal environment.

The Dance Nation fee policy for 2024 is as follows: 1. Annual Registration Fee: - A $50.00 annual registration fee is payable per student upon enrollment. - This fee secures your child's spot in their selected classes and covers insurance and administrative costs associated with enrollment. 2. General Fee Policies: - All fees are inclusive of GST. - Full payment of fees is required by week two of each term or within two weeks of the enrollment date for mid-term enrollments. - Enrollment at Dance Nation is considered for a full year. - Students with outstanding fees will not be allowed to participate in Dance Nation concerts, eisteddfods, and other annual events. - No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. - Fees must be paid regardless of attendance. 3. Fee Calculation: - Fees are calculated for the entire 40-week year and then divided into four equal payments. - For new students starting mid-term, fees are calculated from the week of enrollment. - Existing students must pay for the whole term, even if they have an extended absence due to a holiday. - In the case of a significant injury preventing dancing for more than four weeks, a credit for those weeks' fees may be issued. This applies only if notified in advance in writing, accompanied by a doctor's certificate specifying the duration of the student's absence. 4. Payment Terms: - All deposits and fees must adhere strictly to the outlined fee policy. - Payments can be made through Eftpos, cash, cheque, or direct deposit and are non-refundable. - Late fees will be incurred for accounts overdue by 21 days, starting with 10% for amounts outstanding 21 days past the due date, followed by an additional 10% for amounts outstanding 30 days past the due date. An additional 10% will be added every subsequent 30 days outstanding. - Continued non-payment of fees without prior arrangements with the director may result in students being denied entry to classes.
