I understand that this is NOT a locked in contract. I'm able to leave AMA and have my payments cancelled with 4 weeks notice in writing, email or text.

I understand that the first 2 Week payment or trial fee will automatically be taken when completing an online registration, to secure my chosen classes.

I understand that all fees at AMA are due via AUTO-PAY and will be debited on the 1st of each month with fees for the first month adjusted to reflect my actual starting date.

* For trial bookings, your account will only go forward onto the Auto-pay system once you give approval in writing, via text or email.
