Policies and Terms:
The Repertoire does not offer make-up classes or refunds for missed dance classes, snow days, or holidays. We do not operate under the same schedule as the Marshall Public Schools. On school snow days, we’ll still have class unless otherwise stated. Either check your email, Facebook, or studio voicemail for updates with continuing bad weather.
It is the sole responsibility of the student to learn and practice the material if absent for class. Instructors are NOT responsible for reviewing material during class to those that were absent. This is not fair to those who attended class the previous week. Furthermore, for students who miss continuously, placement may be affected for staging and spacing.
Please come to class prepared and with the proper dance attire for each class. This includes hair up and out of the face.
Please be considerate and respectful of others in the lobby and studios. It is distracting to dancers and instructors when the lobby is too loud. Keep back packs and dance bags off benches. Please utilize the cubby space.
Food and Beverage
Only water bottles are allowed in the dance studio. In the lobby, snacks and sealed drinks are acceptable. Please keep to a minimum to maintain the cleanliness of the building.
After School Friends
We do not allow friends to wait in the lobby or sit in class.
Payment Terms and Late Fees
Fall/Winter Term: Tuition for The Repertoire LLC is due by the 10th* of each dance month. Monthly partial payments will not be accepted. The Student’s account will incur a $10.00 fee for payments received after the 10th of each month. If payment are not received by the fourth week, the Student will not be able to participate in class. No refunds will be issued for missed classes, snow days, or holidays. All returned checks will result in a $25.00 return fee. The Student’s account must be paid in full in order to participate in the Spring Recital. *See payment chart for specific dates.
Exit of Student
If during a given month, a Student leaves a class, full payment is still required for that month. No refunds are given for that current month. If a Student leaves a class after January first of the current dance year, fifty percent of monthly tuition will be due for the remaining months.
As additional consideration for the student’s instruction, the undersigned student, parent(s), or guardian(s) of the student hereby releases and waives any and all claims against The Repertoire and any and all of its employees for any liability for injuries, including personal and bodily injury, to the person or persons related to Student which may occur while participating in the activities, activities sponsored by, or in the physical building of The Repertoire unless said injuries or damage is caused by the negligence of The Repertoire or any of its employees.
