Trial / Drop-in Class Cancellation
- I understand that, once booked, any fee associated with a trial/drop-in class is non-refundable. It is, however transferable if 7 days’ notice is provided. The trial class can be utilised on any class within that term (unless it is free or a discount is applicable to the trial period - if this is the case, the trial booking cannot be transferred). Trials can only be transferred once and must be organised by contacting us at admin@dansing.com.au - when contacting please confirm the date / time of the trial class you would like to transfer the trial too. If the trial class needs to be transferred more than once, a $10 admin fee is applicable and will be applied to your account for upfront payment prior to transfer.

Term Cancellation
- I understand that if at any time my child discontinues dance tuition at DanSing Australia Pty Ltd, I am required to give 30 days' notice in writing (this is negated by a medical certificate). Term fees are strictly non-refundable, however a credit for the remaining amount will be applied to your account which can be utilised on other classes within the same or following term only. Should you wish to change to a different class type, this can be arranged if space is available within that term. Any additional term cost will need to be settled prior to the transfer.

Make-Up Class (term classes)
It is expected that all students commit to and attend all term classes. Make up classes are not provided unless a medical certificate is provided for the missed class period. In this instance, only 1 make up class is provided per term and needs to be in the same class type, at the same class level (for example 'Beginners'). Any make up class missed by the end of term is non-refundable or transferrable to the next term. If classes are cancelled due to issues within the business or external factors (for example, a sick teacher), a make-up class will be provided to all students.

Workshop Cancellation
- Cancellation must be made 7 days prior to the commencement of the Workshop otherwise there is no credit applicable. Monetary refunds are not provided, however a credit will be applied which can be utilised in the following term only.

" I understand students are to be dropped off and collected within 10 min prior to and at the conclusion of class times unless supervised by a parent and student must comply with dress and behavior etiquette.
" I acknowledge tuition fees are payable per term, are to be paid in full by the 1st week of term and must be made by the DanSing Parent Portal unless a payment plan has been agreed upon or fees paid upfront, or Auto Pay has been set up for Automatic payments. I agree late fees will be payable in the event of an overdue account (10% Fee every 2 weeks for missed payments) and my details will be passed onto a collection agency upon failure to pay tuition fees (within 30 days of the end of term). I understand it is my responsibility to check spam emails for statements from DanSing. I understand other fees may be payable throughout the year: i.e. costumes (including concert costumes), exam fees, workshops, seminars, etc.
" I understand that CCTV will monitor premises/property at the DanSing studios for damage, Safety, and security purposes. I acknowledge that if my child intentionally defaces walls/property at PPDC I accept that repair/replacement costs are payable.
I accept the reasonable directions of Dansing Pty Ltd, its teachers and representatives.
" I will request and encourage the child to also comply with such directions.
" I will at all times, act in an orderly, polite, hygienic and courteous manner.

" I accept that I am liable and responsible for the whole term fees notwithstanding cessation during
the term.
" Signing this enrolment form is my acknowledgment and acceptance of all of the above terms and conditions and I have read and understood DanSing Australia Pty Ltd's fee terms and conditions.
" I agree to receive marketing and communication emails from DanSing Australia Pty Ltd
" I understand that, if i do not want photos/videos of my child/children to be posted publically by DanSing Australia Pty Ltd, i will need to navigate to the 'Photo Opt-out' section of this parent portal to confirm this decision. This can be completed by heading to 'More', 'Policies & Waivers' and 'Photo Opt-out'. If this is not completed, i understand DanSing may post photos of my child in a public forum and cannot hold this against the company.

It is the policy of the owners of Dansing Australia Pty Ltd that all reasonable care is taken for your safety and welfare, however all excursions are at your own risk.
All facilities provided by use/for us are provided for your enjoyment and every care is taken for your benefit.
However, it is a condition of your participation in these activities/excursions that you do so entirely at your own risk, and therefore, the following discharge and indemnity is required to be given at the time of enrolment and reviewed at regular intervals.
I declare that I am 18 years of age or older. I can legally sign for myself and any children registered onto my account as Parent/Guardian on his/her behalf.

For the consideration of the facilities, provided by you, I, for myself, my executors, administrators and assigns for the child/children. Hereby absolutely release and discharge Dansing Australia Pty Ltd, and its owners, employees, licensees, servants, agents, tenants and assigns from and against all claims whatsoever, arising out of death, personal injury, or loss of or damage to personal property, that I or the child/children, may suffer or sustain, whilst as Dansing, or attending any excursions. I hereby indemnify and agree to keep indemnified, the owners and employees, licensees, servants, agents, tenants, and assigns, against all claims, whatsoever, by me or the child/children, or by any person claiming through the child/children on my or their behalf of the child/children, in any way arising, and this discharge may be pleaded in bar to any such claim.
I declare that this indemnity has been read by me, and that I fully understand its meaning and effect, and therefore sign this document.
