I hereby confirm that I am the authorized user of the credit card saved on file. As such, I authorize All That Dance Studios Inc. to post payment to my credit card for current billings as well as invoiced amounts pertaining to monthly fees and additional invoices. All That Dance Studios Inc. reserves the right to cancel this application or withdraw a student from classes or competition at which time no refunds will be issued for the following: classes to date, costumes, entry fees, and charges already processed. I have read and understood the registration information, student guide and the policies of the school and agree to abide by them. I acknowledge that there is a risk of injury involved in the activity for which I am registering my child. I hereby accept that risk and in consideration of All That Dance Studios Inc. accepting this registration, I hereby release All That Dance Studios Inc. and its instructors from all claims of any kind whatsoever which may arise. I authorize the use of photo images of my child for school brochures or advertising purposes which photos may be used at the sole discretion of All That Dance.
I have read the Student Guide and the schedule of fees, and I understand what is payable and when the various fees will be processed.
I have read, understood, and agreed to All That Dance Studios Inc.’s Refund Policy as follows:
-Membership fee is non-refundable.
-All monthly tuition instalments are non-refundable once they have been processed.
-Costume instalments are 100% non-refundable after November 1st, 2024. Costume instalments refunded prior to November 1st, 2024 are subject to a 10% administrative fee.
-Cancellation at any time must be sent to All That Dance Studios Inc. via e-mail and receipt of cancellation e-mail must be confirmed by All That Dance Studios Inc.
-Any cancellation must be received before the monthly payment is made on the 1st of every month.
-No further tuition payments will be processed once cancellation notice is received.
-Any authorized refunds are subject to a 10% administrative fee.
-There are no refunds, fee adjustments, or credits offered after March 1st, 2025
Please note: the tuition fees billed in advance of the start of classes are non-refundable – this includes if a student withdraws prior to the commencement of classes.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CAMPS
50% of fees are non-refundable. We require 14 days’ notice for any cancellation. In the event of a late cancellation or no show, you will be charged 100% of the camp you registered for. In the event that we are unable to run the camp due to government regulations or low enrollment, 100% of fees will be refunded.
I acknowledge the highly contagious nature of COVID-19 and I voluntarily assume the risk that I or my child could be exposed to, or infected with COVID-19 by participating in All That Dance Studio Inc.’s activities. I am giving up my legal rights to sue All That Dance Studios Inc. and its officers and directors, in the event that I or my child contracts COVID-19 through any activities affiliated with All That Dance Studios Inc.
I understand and agree that safety procedures may be put in place in the event of an emergency in accordance with Government regulations. This may affect class operations.
