Photo Release I grant Celtic Academy the right to take photographs of my child in relation to Irish dancing. I authorise Celtic Academy to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that Celtic Academy may use such photographs of my child with or without their name and for the lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content. Injury Waiver Dance classes can involve risk of personal injury. While we take all reasonable care in the conduct of our classes/workshops, we accept no responsibility for injury or loss caused during participation in the classes/workshops. You are ensuring that you/your child is physically and medically fit for the classes and during the classes you/your child must at all times take care of personal safety and belongings. Term fees are non-refundable other than for medical reasons resulting in more than two weeks of classes being missed.
