If your child is no longer attending the dance school you should let us know as soon as possible so a place can be offered to a new student. Payment; Classes are offered either in weekly or monthly blocks and each one must be paid in advance prior the start of it. You may pay through your parent portal or by cash. Registration Fee is charged to new dancers only and is your order of a Diva T-Shirt Class fees are non-refundable in the event of an absence. Holidays can be pre-booked 1 month prior to the date of the holiday and no charge will be incurred. If a payment is late by 7 days there will be a £5 late fee - £5 late fee is then added every 7 days until the bill is paid If payment is delayed by more than 1 week your child should not attend classes. Should any pupil wish to leave the school, refunds for any unused classes will not be given Classes; For classes the student should wear the appropriate uniform, shoes and have their hair in up. This is part of dance etiquette and will help their concentration during the classes. Please ensure that your child goes to the toilet before class and brings a bottle of water if desired. During the classes we study set syllabuses and work on choreographies so it is important that your child attends classes regularly. Absence is unavoidable from time to time but as much as possible your child should attend every class. If a class has to be cancelled (for example due to bad weather) parents will be informed by text and via the Facebook group. Keeping you informed; Most of our dance school communication will be done online by email. We also have a Facebook closed group (which you can ask to join) and Facebook page both called Diva Dance & Fitness. These are a great way to keep in touch, speak with other parents and to check dance school updates. Each time a newsletter is sent out I put it on the Facebook Group.
