The Macholah Ballet Company Policy Agreement Tuition Due on the 1st class of each month. Monthly payments are delinquent if not paid by the 10th of each month. Delinquent accounts will be assessed a $15 late fee after the due date. Accounts must have a $0.00 balance before the student may participate in recital or before a costume can be given. Costume Fees Non-refundable $55 per costume (i.e., one tap class + one ballet class = two costumes) Choreography Fee of $50 charged if withdrawn from the recital after January 1st. Communication For the safety of our students, we communicate primarily through email. Paperwork can get lost in dance bags, therefore it is imperative that you supply a working email address during registration or you will miss out on vital communications. Makeup classes If you miss a class due to illness or prior engagement, you are welcome to make up that class at any time. Please consult with your child's teacher to determine an appropriate class to make up in. There are absolutely no refunds for classes missed due to any reason on the student's part. Closings The Macholah Ballet follows Putnam County school closings for WEATHER and MAJOR HOLIDAYS only. If school is closed due to weather, there will not be class that day. If there is a 2 hour delay due to weather, we will still have classes, but check our Facebook page for updates. Sometimes weather will either get progressively better or worse as the evening continues. The Macholah Ballet is officially closed ONLY for Thanksgiving Break, Christmas Break and Spring Break; classes run as normal on all other holidays that school may be cancelled for.
