Proper footwear MUST be worn in class. If you do not have proper footwear you will have to sit and watch class.
No Socks
All ballet classes: leotard, tights (spandex shorts are OK), and ballet shoes
All jazz/technique classes/choreography/ contemporary: leotard, tights or spandex shorts (no loose clothing), and jazz or ballet shoes
During the winter months it is fine to have on baggy clothing to stay warm. Once the warm up is over, students should be in dance attire (no baggy clothing.)
All tap classes: must have tap shoes
Rompers and combo classes: dance attire must be worn (no street clothes) with ballet and tap shoes.
Tumbling: leotard, spandex shorts or spandex capris (no loose clothing)
Hip hop: comfortable clothing (that you can be all over the place in) and slick bottomed tennis shoes
Cheer/Poms: Tennis shoes and tighter fitting clothing
Stunts: comfortable clothing (that you can be all over the place in)
ALL GUYS (for dance): gym shorts with compression shorts underneath and t-shirts
If you are in need of shoes please check our gently used collection, For $5 you can get a pair and then trade in for new sizes.
The dress code is for quality of teaching and in some cases safety (tumbling & cheer). We need to be able to see their bodies and correct accordingly. Thank you very much!
