By checking this box, you understand that you are entering into a contractual agreement with iAM Dance Center of the Arts for duration of 5-6 months or one season (whichever is less). Each new student is automatically granted a 2 week trial period. If this contract is broken, you will be required to pay out the remainder of your contract according to the classes you/your child is enrolled in at the time of dismemberment. Alternative: To enter into a 2-week trial period, be sure to register for trial classes and drop-in classes until you are ready to commit to full time enrollment. (Max trial period allowance: 2 weeks). If you/your child decides to return to dance during the same season, you will be required to pay out your previous contract in addition to submitting a re-enrollment fee of $30.00 (for those students that did not follow proper channels of dropping) or $15.00 (for those that followed proper steps and dropped classes online).
If you/your child wishes to no longer take classes at the studio, you must drop him/her from classes no later than the last day of the previous month. Billing is done on the 1st of each month. No student will be issued a refund/credit if he/she is still enrolled in classes online and is active in the system. Parents are responsible for paying tuition rates if their student is holding a slot for that class. Credits given are at the discretion of staff members.
Effective August 22, 2022 After 2 occurrences of students being picked up after 5 minutes of class being dismissed, there will be $1.00 charged per minute added to your child's dance account. This fee must be paid, prior to the following billing period, to avoid suspension from classes: due to non-payment. Our staff will continue to make every effort to let students out of class, on time. Often times, students are lagging around, handing with friends prior to coming outside. Please make efforts to come inside and get students, in the event that they don't come out on their own. We will notify parents, in the event that we will hold students past their release time. Otherwise, expect class to end on time.
There are no refunds for classes enrolled in and holding slots for closures, class changes, etc. The studio may close throughout the year, but will offer make-up classes to accommodate any closures on behalf of the studio. Holiday, weather and missed class closures does not pro-rate or change tuition amounts due. There are no refunds due to illness and/or missed classes on your behalf. We offer make-up classes for such instances.
A $25.00 return check fee or NSF on credit/debit transactions will be added onto all insufficient fund checks or credit/debit transactions.
There is a 3-day grace period, in order to pay your tuition. A late fee of $15.00 will be assessed for payment received after the 3rd day of being late - NO EXCEPTION. On the 4th day, we will add the late fee to your account. On the 10th day, the card on file will be charged (if applicable).
