Tuition:
-Tuition for classes is based on length of session and including regular class, dress rehearsals, recitals, and any other performances that may apply.
Payment options
- Auto- Payment/Credit Card: All payments will be processed through our online portal upon registration. All automatic payments are subject to a 2.75% service fee.
- Etransfer/Cash: All e-transfer and cash payments must be received upon registration.
- Payment Plan: Payment plans can be set up upon request. All students on a payment plan must be registered for Auto-Pay with a valid credit card on file. Payment plans will be set up to be processed on the 1st of each month for the duration of each session.
Tuition penalties:
-Students will not be permitted to attend class, receive costumes, or attend performances if they have an outstanding balance on their account.
-Late/declined payments will all be subject to a $30 NSF fee.
-This fee will be automatically applied to all accounts with outstanding balances at midnight following the 1st of the month.
-A non-refundable $40 registration fee is due upon registration into our program annually.
-Costume rental fees are due upon registration. Costume rentals fees are non-refundable.
-All registration fees made to Infinity Dance are NON-REFUNDABLE.
-Tuition is subject to change on a year to year and session to session basis.
Withdrawals & Refunds Policy:
-Students are enrolled for the entire Session once registered.
-Withdrawals before the session begins will be issued a studio credit for future use. **Registration & Costume Fee will NOT be returned as a credit.**
-If wishing to withdraw, please contact Infinity Dance at studio@infinitydanceinc.com
-There will be no refunds issued after the session begins. Students who withdraw with more than 75% of the session remaining will receive a tuition credit. Credit amounts will be determined by Infinity Dance. The Registration & Costume Fee will not be included or returned as a credit.
-Costumes are rentals. All costume rental deposits are considered non-refundable.
-No refunds/credits will be issued for class absences.
-No refunds/credits for classes canceled due to severe weather, power outages, or any other situations out of our control including COVID-19 closures.
-If for any reason classes are not able to be fulfilled by Infinity Dance within our facility due to circumstances out of our control, for an extended period of time, classes will run as normal through virtual delivery. Online classes will run for a maximum of 2 weeks for Recreational classes. Any classes beyond the 2 week period will be postponed. If classes are postponed for more than 4 weeks, a credit will be applied to your account for future use.
-Infinity Dance Inc. reserves the right to terminate lessons to any student without prior notice.
-The studio will be CLOSED on all statutory holidays as well as for extended periods of time for November Break, Christmas Break, Family Week, Easter break, and summer holidays. All dates of studio closures will be included in our Calendar that will be sent out to families at the start of each season. Infinity Dance follows the Medicine Hat Catholic Board of Education Holiday Calendar.
-Infinity Dance Inc. reserves the right to provide a substitute instructor in cases where the regular scheduled teacher is unable to attend. If a substitute cannot be arranged, a makeup class will be scheduled (if the class falls under the 11-class guaranteed session classes).
Showcase information:
-Tickets for the Showcase will be $15 per ticket. Anyone who requires a seat (ages 3+) will require their own ticket
-All families will receive a digital copy of our Showcases at the end of each session!
-Costume Rentals must be returned to Infinity Dance within 14 days of performance dates. If costumes are lost, stolen, unreturned, or are returned soiled/damaged, an additional fee of $65+gst will be billed to replace the costume.
Communication:
-Infinity Dance Inc. strives to keep parents and students informed via email, text message, and social media. Please provide up to date information within our online portal in order to receive these important messages.
-It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to notify Infinity Dance Inc. of any changes to personal information (email, phone, address, billing info)
-It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to notify administration as soon as possible if their student is going to miss class.
-All questions and concerns can be addressed in a scheduled appointment, email, or phone call. Please respect the instructors and students and do not interrupt class time with questions or concerns.

Dress Code:
Boys: Male dancers can wear any form of activewear for classes (tshirt, shorts, sweatpants). Please no jeans.
Jazz or ballet shoes are recommended for Ballet, Acro, and HipHop classes. Tap shoes will be needed for Tap classes.
Girls: Please bring your dancer to class in a bodysuit and tan/natural skin tone tights. Dancers can wear shorts, skirts, or leggings over top of their bodysuit if they wish.
Teen (ages 10+) Session: Form fitting activewear must be worn for all classes. Dancers will require skin tone tights for the Staged Performances.
Adult Classes: Please wear comfy athletic attire. Ballet shoes can be worn for ballet, tap shoes or indoor sneakers for tap, and indoor running shoes for hip hop.

Health & Wellness:
Illness Policy: Students who are ill with a fever, vomiting, or diarrhea, or any other cold/flu symptom will not be permitted to attend class until they are symptom free.
Injury Policy: In the event of an injury, instructors will fill out an injury report form. In the event of a medical emergency 911 will be called, and then the students’ emergency contact will be notified.
Allergy Policy: Please notify our staff if your dancer has any severe allergies.
Other: Please provide administration upon registration of any other medical conditions that may apply to the student being enrolled.
