4. If at any time you decide not to continue with classes, you must drop it online.
Newsletters:
Monthly newsletters will be EMAILED and a hard copy will be posted on the bulletin board by the first week of each month. It is imperative that you read them! They contain relevant information and activities that the studio puts on. I spend a lot of time responding to questions that have been answered in the newsletter, PLEASE, PLEASE read it! 😊
Activities:
Last year we enjoyed many activities like: the Halloween Party, Valentine Dance, family game night, nursing home performance, Relay for Life and the Memorial Day parade as well as a few others. We will be doing a lot of activities this year as well. Attending these activities is a good way to get to know your dance family! If an RSVP is requested for these activities please RSVP IF YOU ARE ATTENDING! This ensures that I am prepared for the right number of guests! We really are a family at BTCDS and I hope to see you all at these fun events!
*Students under the age of 14 must be met in the lobby for pick up by a parent. You do not need to wait in the lobby the entire class but must be there before they can leave.
Business:
At BTCDS we conduct business in a respectful manner. We ask that everyone (customers and staff) interact in a kind, respectful, understanding way. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
Recital:
1. Dress rehearsal is mandatory and will be Friday, June 28th from 4pm to 9pm. Recital will be Saturday, June 29th at John Legend Theater. There will be a 2pm and 6pm show. You will perform in one or the other. If you take multiple classes your acts could fall in different shows although I will make every effort to get each child’s acts in the same show. If you have more than one student enrolled they could also fall on different shows.
2. Costumes are chosen by the teachers and will be shown to all parents before they are ordered.
3. Tights must be worn with all costumes.
4. Tickets will be purchased through the theater online, by phone or at the box office. I have no control over ticket sales.
5. Dress rehearsal is MANDATORY.
6. June payments must be made on time or the student cannot participate in recital.
