Tuition Policy
Payments: Payments are non-refundable.
Registration Fee: A registration fee is required at the time of registration.
** A $10 late fee will be applied to all tuition that is not paid on or before the 10th of every month.
** Tuition rates remain the same no matter how many classes you miss in that month.
** Failure to pay may result in your dancer being removed from the class.

Terms & Conditions
Attendance: Punctual and regular class attendance is extremely important to the development of a performer. Please notify the studio by when a student is absent. Make-up classes are strongly encouraged should you have missed your scheduled class. If you have missed more than 3 classes consecutively, without notifying us, you are subject to being removed from the class.

Recital Costumes: Costume payments are due in full at the time of order and are non-refundable. You may put deposits down if dancer has more than one costume. Costume deposits are good faith deposits and you are responsible for balances on all costumes. Whether the costumes were worn or not, absolutely no refunds or credits can be given, as all costumes are made to order. Prices of costumes range from $50 per costume to $80 per costume.

Recital: The annual recital is usually held on a Saturday in May. Here at Next Level Dance Studio we DO NOT charge a recital fee, we only ask that you pay for a ticket to our show and purchase a dance costume for each class your dancer participates in.

Liability: The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items. NLDS is not responsible for injuries associated while participating in any activity related to NLDS.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless Next Level Dance Studio, its owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of Next Level Dance Studio, its owners and operators or in route to or from any of said premises.
