Protection of Property: Students are obliged to take care of their own belongings. SASA School of Performing Arts can accept no liability for lost or damaged belongings although anything we do find will be placed in lost property. Refunds and Late Payments: If you pay for your child’s termly fee’s any later than 14 days after the start of term, you will incur a 10% administration charge. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact Phoebe. As our costs are fixed, fees remain payable in cases of absence. We are unable to offer reductions or refunds for sickness or holidays. All activities are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued in the unlikely event of cancellation of a class or workshop by SASA and will not be issued for situations beyond our control. Termination will only be accepted when received by SASA in writing by giving half a terms notice for classes or one month notice before a workshop or showcase.

If your child has been attending classes, and you pay for your child's termly fee/1st auto payment any later than 7 days after the start of term, you will incur a 10% administration charge per family. You are exempt from this Late Registration Fee is: - Your child is coming for a free trial - Your child joins classes later in the term
I hereby grant SASA Performing Arts School ("SASA") permission to capture photographs and videos of my child during classes, rehearsals, performances, and other school activities. I understand and agree that these images and recordings may be used by SASA for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, the SASA website, newsletters, and other digital or printed materials. I acknowledge that these materials will be used in a manner consistent with SASA's mission to promote its activities and that no compensation will be provided for the use of these images or recordings.
