I understand that my child will undertake dance training at KADS and, whilst all care and safe-dance practice is taken, accidents can occur. I agree that first aid measures can be applied in case of an emergency and if necessary, should I be un-contactable, my child will be transported to hospital via ambulance. I also agree to notify the dance teacher if any illnesses or injuries are sustained to my child outside of classes so that all care can be taken. I agree to allow photographs taken in class, on stage or at a KADS event, to be used as advertising material either online or within hardcopy advertisements. I understand all fees paid are non refundable, but credits are available. All class registration fees paid act as a deposit towards term fees.
