2. Photos and videos may be recorded during class time. I agree that any photography and video taken at the school during the course of instruction and performances may be used by Happy Days or by Dance Magic.

3. I agree to the payment and absences policies as stated on the website.

4. Waiver of Liability for COVID-19: Dance Magic, its director Karen Dycaico, its teachers and staff members have put in place preventive measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19. I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and will not hold liable Dance Magic, its dance director Karen Dycaico, its teachers and staff members for any medical issues that may result from COVID-19 exposure during the course of the dance class.
