By registering online you are entering into a contract with Commotion Performing Arts Pty Ltd to be liable for dance fees according to our fee structure (available on our Info Pack), until the enrolment has been cancelled in writing. When enrolled in a class, fees are payable whether the class is attended or not. No refunds will be given. Dance fees and/or costume levies that have been paid are NOT refundable, exchangeable or transferable between family members under any circumstance.
Commotion Performing Arts Pty Ltd does not take responsibility for personal property left at the studio or at Commotion events and performances. Students are under the supervision of Commotion teachers ONLY during the individual student’s timetable classes. Although all due care is taken, we cannot remain responsible for students out of class, or during break in between class.
By enrolling at Commotion you accept and grant permission that any photographs, audio or video recording taken of your child in classes or performances, remains the property of Commotion and may be published without further consent for any and all advertising and promotional use in perpetuity.
Commotion School of Performing Arts reserves the right to change the timetable or cancel a class at any time. If payment has already been made for a class that is cancelled, a refund will be given upon request if a "make up lesson" cannot be arranged.
Commotion reserves the right to refuse or suspend enrolment to any student for any reason. Appropriate and respectful behaviour is expected from students and their parents at all times. Disruptive behaviour or actions that place the reputation of Commotion at risk will not be tolerated and will result in expulsion from the studio.
