INDEMNITY AND ADVERTISING WAIVER I, the parent/guardian of the Participant, give permission for Reese Dance to use video footage and / or photographs of my child/ward. I acknowledge that I am giving unrestricted permission for my child’s image to be used in print, video, and digital media. I agree that these images may be used by Reese Dance for a variety of purposes and that these images may be used without further notification. I do understand that any identifying information including surname and location will not be used in conjunction with any video or digital images. I acknowledge that participation in dance is potentially dangerous and the is an inherent risk of injury involved. In allowing my child to participate in Reese Dance activities, I hereby assume all the risks associated with the performing arts. I understand the importance of myself and my child following the instructions and rules set by their instructor/s, and I agree to release Reese Dance and it’s employees of any and all liability which may arise as a result of my child’s participation in activities at Reese Dance. I authorise Reese Dance to seek appropriate medical attention in the event that the Participant is injured.

Reese Dance does not take responsibility for personal property left at the studio or at Reese Dance events and performances. Students are under the supervision of Reese Dance teachers ONLY during the individual student’s timetabled classes. Although all due care is taken, we cannot remain responsible for students out of class, or during break in between class. By enrolling at Reese Dance you accept and grant permission that any photographs, audio or video recording taken of your child in classes or performances, remains the property Reese Dance and may be published without further consent for any and all advertising and promotional use.
