You must be over 18 to register for an account.

1. I am participating in a dance/fitness class at MAMAKEISH Kpop Academy. I understand that dance and fitness type classes require physical exertion, which may be strenuous, and may cause physical injury. I am also fully aware of the risk and hazard involved.

2. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the class. I represent that I am physically fit and have no psychological, medical or emotional condition which would prevent my full participation.

3. I agree to take full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages known or unknown which might incur as a result of participating in the class(es).

4. I knowingly and voluntarily waive any claim I may have against MAMAKEISH Kpop Academy, or any faculty members for injury, loss and/or damage that I may sustain as a result of participating in class(es).

5. I release to MAMAKEISH Kpop Academy the rights to all photography and video recordings that may be taken during classes and workshops for promotional use.

We may occasionally take photos and videos during classes and events, for promotional purposes.
If you have any concerns or misgivings about being in these photos, please advise us ahead of time.
All photos taken by our instructors and administrators are the sole property of the studio and will be used at our discretion.

You may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, birthdate and emergency contact information.
If you register for a class on behalf of your child, you will also be asked to provide certain information about your child, such as your child's name and age.

We encourage all visitors to the website or studio who are under the age of 16 and wish to communicate with us to use the assistance of their parent/guardian.

If missed classes are for any reason outside the control of MK, including but not limited to a nature disaster or pandemic, vacation, moving, financial, illness, injury, etc, are not the responsibility of MK and will not be made up or refunded, discounted, or credited.


[CLASS PASS] - ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We are not offer refund, credit or extension on the class pass package under any circumstances.
If you're uncertain about using passes, we recommend purchasing a single pass instead of buying the package.
If you encounter any health issues, we can extend the remaining pass duration for up to two months with a doctor's note attached.
In this case, you need to send an email request 2-weeks before the pass period expires to give us time to process your request.
After the pass period expires, we are unable to provide an extension.
We ask if you need to cancel your registration that you do so at least 6 hours before the class start. In this case, your session will be credited back onto your account for you to use at another time.
If you cancel your registration within the 6 hour late-cancellation, that registration will be redeemed from your account.


[WEEKLY/MONTHLY CLASS]
If a student is unable to attend, please provide us a written notice 24 hours before the first class start date. MAMAKEISH will refund the full amount.
Within 24 hours notice, MAMAKEISH will refund the amount minus a $15 processing and cancellation fee.
Absolutely NO refund after the class starts unless accompanied by a doctor's note and will be subject to a $15 processing and cancellation fee.
We are unable to provide a make-up class due to the class structure.
Unused or absence classes will not be carried over to the next month or session.
Never, in any case, does a missed class or removal from a class does not merit any reason for discounts, refunds or credit.

[SEASONAL(regular) CLASS (One-time payment) ]
If a student is unable to attend, please provide us a written notice one week before the first class start date. MAMAKEISH will refund the full amount.
Within one week before the first class date, MAMAKEISH will refund the amount minus a $50 processing and cancellation fee or full amount as credit to the student's account.
Absolutely NO refund after the class starts unless accompanied by a doctor's note and will be subject to a $50 processing and cancellation fee.
Non-refundable fees are not be refunded.
Unused or absence classes will not be carried over to the next month or session.
We are unable to provide a make-up class due to the class structure.

[SEASONAL(regular) CLASS (Auto-Payment) ]
If a student is unable to attend and you would like to stop Auto-payment, please provide us a written notice two-weeks before the first day of the month. This way it gives us time to process your request and you will not be charged for the next month.
Absolutely NO refund after process the payment for the next month.
If you encounter any health issues, we will refund an amount minus a 50% of monthly payment as processing and cancellation fee accompanied by a doctor's note.
Non-refundable fees are not be refunded.
Unused or absence classes will not be carried over to the next month or session.
We are unable to provide a make-up class due to the class structure.

[CLASS CREDIT]
Student's credit has 1-year expiration from the day of credited and It will be discarded from the account after 1-year.
Current credit will be expired on June 30th, 2024.
It can be used for any of our classes.
Credits are unable to process as refund.
Credits are NO transferable nor shareable.

The responsibility for any inconvenience caused by not being fully informed of the provided information lies with the individual.
