Academy of Dance Epping will not be held responsible for any injuries which may occur whilst in class or on the premises, but will seek medical attention for your child / student immediately if needed.
FEES:
• An annual non-refundable Registration Fee is required to be paid online, at the time of enrolment.
• There are 2 payment options available: Term Fees are either direct debited weekly across the duration of the term, or you may contact us to arrange a single upfront payment option which must be arranged and paid before the first day of term to be accepted.
• You may choose to have your fees debited from your bank account, or accepted credit card.
• The below fees will apply for each transaction:
>> Direct Debit from a nominated Bank Account - no fee is charged
>> Credit Card or Debit Card transactions - 1.70% convenience fee is charged
• Failed and/or late payments may result in a failed/late payment fee, your dancer not being able to participate in classes, and loss of your enrolment position in classes.
• No refunds will be given for student cancellations or missed classes, however make-up classes are available to be arranged within the same term, upon notice provided via email prior to the missed class.
SUPERVISION:
• Parents are responsible for the safe drop off and pickup of their child, parents must come inside the studio to collect their child.
• During classes, parents are asked to wait outside of the classroom unless otherwise advised. There is a parent viewing window for all studios.
POLICIES & PROCEDURES:
• When completing this enrolment form, you are agreeing to follow Academy of Dance policies and procedures at all times.
• Changes or cancellations to enrolments, are only accepted via email at epping@academyofdance.com.au, in the following format:

PARKING:
• The car park is reserved for staff and neighbouring units only. Please use the street parking available.
