I also acknowledge that Irish dancing involves exertion and carries with it the potential for injury. I hereby agree to waiver the right to take legal action against the Doyle Academy of Irish dance and the Academy studio, any other dance hire venues, Paula Doyle (or Paula Hunkin), Leeann Doyle and /or any other affiliates and associates for injuries incurred on these premises. It is understood and agreed that the participant is physically fit and prepared for participation in these activities which will be undertaken, and that the participant has not been advised by any doctor or other medical person that participation in these activities should be avoided and/or limited. I have read all the Academy’s policies and accept all the conditions of my dancers enrolment. If a secondary party if covering payment of your dancers fees they must also sign the enrolment form in agreement of our fees policies.
Doyle Academy will follow any directive from the New Zealand Government & Ministry of Health for conducting our in person classes safely.
I also acknowledge that photos of dancers in the Doyle Academy of Irish Dance MAY be used for advertising, on our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat) and for the Doyle Academy website. I hereby agree to allow for my child/dancer’s image to be used. If you wish to NOT HAVE PUBLIC PHOTOS of your child, please click accept for this waiver to continue registration and once you head through to fill in student details, please click on check box to NO PUBLIC PHOTOS of dancer.
