All information within as true and accurate, particularly contact details and medical conditions/ allergies/ medication.
Adhere to the rules and regulations within (and around) the SSD studios, plus anywhere else whilst representing or displaying the SSD logo.
Any and all information supplied to SSD will be kept in accordance to the GPDR regulations.
You child being filmed and photographed and any photography and filming to be used by SSD for promotion and advertisement; including Social media sites. You can also ensure you tick the box stating you do not want photos taken or filming. This is done by you as you set up the portal.
