Payment and Direct Debit Agreement
All students must be enrolled in a direct debit payment plan. This plan facilitates a smooth financial management process for both the school and its students.
Fortnightly Payments: 2 weeks worth of pro-rata fees will automatically debited from your account every two weeks. Statements will be sent the Tuesday that payments are set to debit, with the formal debiting process occurring on the Thursday. Any additional amounts (uniform etc.) will also be added to you accounts.
Full Payment Option: Students have the option to pay their term fee in full. Any outstanding balances will be automatically debited on the pay run of the term.
Class Cancellation Policy: A minimum of two weeks notice is required for students wishing to drop classes. Enrolments will automatically roll over from term to term.
Direct Debit Terms: All late fees, dishonour fees and set-up fee's are at the discretion of Ezi-Debit and Stripe and are agreed to upon enrolment.
Service Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service for any direct debit transactions that fail.
Uniform and Equipment
Uniforms and appropriate dance shoes are mandatory for all classes. This policy ensures the safety, discipline, and professional environment of our studio. Hair must be neatly tied back.
Photography and Media
By enrolling, you grant IDC permission to take and use photographs and videos of students for advertising, promotional, and educational purposes.
Health and Safety
Medical Disclosure: It is crucial that all prior medical conditions are disclosed at enrollment. In case of an emergency, IDC staff are authorized to call emergency services.
Behavior and Conduct
Bullying: IDC maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding bullying. Any instances involving teachers, students, or parents will result in immediate expulsion from the school.
Studio Premises
Responsibility and Care: Respect for the studio and its property is expected from all. Any damages incurred by students or their guardians will be their financial responsibility. Teachers are responsible for students during scheduled class times only and cannot supervise non-enrolled children or friends in the waiting area.

Forms of communication: Our main form of contact is via the Dance Studio Pro. Portal App, with additional methods of email, phone, messages, social media.
