Broadway Arts Center strives to create a positive, happy, safe learning environment for all it students and parents. Broadway Arts Center reserves the right to dismiss or deny class or performance participation, or expel students (without refund) for the following:

* Negative or Inappropriate posts or images on social media involving the studio, staff or students
* Accounts in arrears
* Poor attendance
* Improper attire
* Disruptive or disrespectful behavior by student or parent
* Negative attitude of parent or student
* Unwillingness to abide by studio policies
* Bullying or aggressive behavior by student or parent will result in immediate expulsion

Broadway Arts Center occasionally films / photographs students in class, studio events or performances. I consent to Broadway Arts Center using my child’s image for promotional or business purposes. I understand no financial compensation is obligated to me for using my child’s Image.

I agree to assume all risks associated with participating in performing arts programs presented by the Broadway Arts Center.
I expressly release, waive and discharge Broadway Arts Center, its owner/instructor, its employees, agents, and assigns, from all present and future claims, demands, actions, judgments, executions and liabilities of any kind, known or unknown, against Broadway Arts Center and the above named persons or entities on account of death, personal injury, property damage or illnesses contracted by me while a student at Broadway Arts Center, even though such claim or liability may arise out of negligence or fault on the part of any of the foregoing persons or entities. This release is for the entire premises of Broadway Arts Center or any off-site location used by Broadway Arts Center.

All Tuition / Fees / Deposits are Non-refundable.

MINI CLASSES / CAMPS / WORKSHOPS / EVENTS
I understand All fees must be paid in full upon registration to hold my placement.

FULL SEASON TUITION:
I understand full season tuition is broken into 8 equal installments paid monthly, regardless of how many weeks in the month. I understand the first and last tuition installments are due by the first week of class in Sept . I agree to pay the remaining installments by the 15th of the month (Oct through Mar).

A $15 LATE FEE will automatically be applied to late payments on the 16th of the month. Failure to pay by the end of the month will result in removal from class.

I understand full season tuition does NOT Include: dancewear for class, dance portraits, recital dvd, additional programs or productions (christmas, summer camps or workshops)

ATTENDANCE:
Students with poor attendance may be removed from the recital piece at the instructors discretion.

CALENDAR:
Classes follow calendar distributed at Open House and posted on our website. Weeks that classes are not held ( All vacation/breaks plus two "snow/emergency” days) were accounted for and deducted from tuition rates. No refunds are awarded for holidays, breaks or snow days.

WEATHER CLOSURES:
Classes Are NOT held if public schools close for bad weather. Two free "Snow" days have been included in your tuition so in the event of a snow closing, the studio does not owe refunds or make up classes. If we do not use the 2 snow days - you will not be charged for the 2 extra classes you receive. If your dance day ends up needing more than 2 snow days, we will contact you with how to make up the time. Snow closures will be posted on our website, social media accounts and emailed to effected classes.

MAKE UPS:
Refunds are not awarded for classes missed for medical or personal reasons. Students are welcome to "make up" up to 3 missed class (due to sickness, weather, vacation, etc) by attending another class we offer of similar age/level with in 30 days of the absence. Please contact us to schedule a make up class.

WITHDRAWAL
We require 30 days notice in writing to be removed from class (and the billing cycle). All tuitions and fees thru the end of that month must be paid .
No refunds are awarded to students who withdraw early. Full Season Students who withdraw before the spring recital forfeit their costume.
