By signing up my child I assume the risks and liabilities that come along with a dance class. By registering online I agree to make all required payments on time and in full. I understand by not doing so my child will be removed from their class until payment is taken care of. I also agree to pay for any additional fees such as costume or performance fees that are required for the season I am enrolling my child in.
