BRAVO DANCE CO. TUITION & FEES POLICIES
As a result of the issues caused by NSF and late payments, Bravo Dance Co. has policies regarding NSF and late payments. Please read carefully.
Any cheques that are returned NSF (or other reason) will be charged a $25.00 fee and a replacement payment including the fee must be provided within five (5) business days.
Late fees will be applied for any payments past five (5) business days late. After no payment for five (5) business days, outstanding payments will be charged a 5% late fee per business day. After ten (10) business days of late charges, all services will be ceased until payment is made.
REFUNDS
BDC offers flexible payment options - paid in full, two payments, or monthly payments. Those who choose monthly payments must understand this refund policy. Registering for a season-long class commits your child to their team from September - May, our payment plans simply help make it easier for families to fit dance into their budgets. By choosing to pay monthly, does not mean you are able to cancel a class at any time with no consequence. A season-long class runs from September to May.

Bravo Dance Co. offers a 100% money back guarantee or cancellation of fees promised to be paid (minus registration fee) at any time before the start of dance classes for the season. A 50% refund or cancellation of fees promised to be paid will be granted if your child decides to stop dance class in the first 14 days from the first day of classes at the studio. Injury, illness, relocation, etc. will be considered on a case-by-case basis for any cancellation after this point. All withdrawals must be communicated via writing to the studio director. Costume Deposits are non-refundable after October 15th. Refunds refer to money paid or money promised to be paid (including 2pmts, or monthly pmts)
Those not wishing to participate in the season-long classes and performance are encouraged to explore our session classes.

BRAVO DANCE CO. LIABILITY WAIVER
I understand and agree that in participating in any dance class, workshop, rehearsal or performance, there is a possibility of physical injury or worse, despite precautions. I voluntarily agree, therefore, to assume all risks and responsibility for any such injury or accident, which might occur to me or my child during any of Bravo Dance Co. classes, rehearsals, performances, or activities. I also exempt, release, and indemnify Bravo Dance Co., its owners, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, faculty members, and/or students from any and all liability claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever from any damage, loss, injury, or death to me, my children, or property which may arise out of or in connection with participation in any classes or activities conducted by Bravo Dance Co. I further hereby voluntarily agree to waive my rights and that of my heirs and assigns to hold Bravo Dance Co., its owners, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, faculty members, and/or students liable for such damage, loss, injury, or death. I understand that I should be aware of my physical limitations and agree not to exceed them. If I am signing this waiver for my children, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and have the right to waive these rights.
