Enrolment Enrolment forms must be completed at the start of each year for all students (new and old). It is expected that students enrol for a full year of dance/acro, if for some reason you wish to withdraw an enrolment Little Groovers must be informed by email. Simply failing to attend class is not regarded as cancellation of enrollment. If notification of intention to leave is not received then the parent may be liable for full payment of that term’s fees. Failure to turn up to class is not classified as notification. *Fees Invoices are generated 2 weeks before the end of term and available to view in the parent portal. All invoices are to be paid via direct debit. Each term your fees will be divided into 3 equal scheduled payments and your fees will be debited from from your nominated bank account or credit card on the dates scheduled. The first payment is scheduled 1 week before the commenment of term and then 1 payment for the 2 following months after. You will be charged a fee of $4.40 if your tranaction fails, this fee will be added to your next scheduled payment. It is your responsibility to make sure you view your scheduled payments in the customer portal and their is sufficiant funds in your nominated bank/credit account. Your direct debit payment setup carries over from term to term. If for any reason you are unable to continue classes from one term to the next you need to tell Miss Nicole 2 weeks before your first scheduled term payment. Failure to do so may result in you having to pay your first scheduled term payment. Little Groovers has a $25 annual registration fee (non-refundable) and this will be paid at the time of enroling. New enrollments who start Mid-term will be charged accordingly on a Pro- Rata Basis. Fees are non-refundable for classes missed, or if your child does not complete the entire term. Little Groovers term dates are based on NSW government school terms of 9 – 11 weeks in length. *Attendance The Principal (Miss Nicole) must be notified if a student cannot attend class. Lessons that are missed because of sickness or holidays are not refundable. These classes can be made-up where possible by attending a make up class on a day of your choice. Make up classes are booked using the customer portal and need to be taken with in the same term. If you fail to inform Miss Nicole of your absence you will be makrked as "no show" and a make up class will not be granted. *Class Arrival / Departure Parents are required to escort their child to and from class. If parents must drop children off early then the child must be brought into the classroom to wait with the teacher. No students should be left in the outside waiting area without supervision. All children are requested to wait with a parent outside the hall untill they are asked by the teacher to enter the classroom for their class. Parents are requested to call for their children immediately after class. All children must stay inside the hall until parents arrive. *Audiences’ Parents and friends are not permitted into the studio during class times UNLESS you are a parent of a Mini Mover. Parents and Friends may attend the open days held in the last week of each Term. If siblings accompany parents to view class, they must remain seated and quiet. *Medical Parents must inform Miss Nicole of any Medical / Allergy conditions. *COVID 19 (Pandemics/epidemics) If you or your child is displaying any flu like symptoms please do not come to class. If you or your child have to go for a COVID 19 test please do not come to class until you have received a negative test result. In the case of your class teacher having to go for a COVID test. If they are self isolating waiting for results all classes will be taught using our online platform (zoom) while they wait to receive a negative test result. If a positive test result should occur all enroled families will be notified immediately and all classes will be taught via our online learning platform. Due to serious illness and classes having to be cancelled all missed classes will be made up during school holiday period. In the case of Little Groovers being forced to close its doors by Government/council due to a situation beyond our control class fess will not be refunded and all classes will move to our online teaching platform until we are given the ok to reopen our doors. *Other - It is understood and agreed that Little Groovers Dance School will not be responsible for any injuries incurred during class activities or for the loss of personal effects or clothing. - Any scheduled class having 3 or less students enrolled may, at the Principal’s discretion be cancelled. - Photos of your child may be used in advertising and promotional materials (Face book, Web page, Instagram, Flyers etc) UNLESS you specify otherwise. - I understand and accept that due to the nature of dance/acro training that some physical contact may be necessary by the teacher to demonstrate exercises or technique during class or if there is a need to administer first aid.
