I understand and agree that when participating in any dance, Zumba, rehearsal or performance, there is a possibility of physical injury. I voluntarily agree, therefore, to assume all risks and responsibility for any such injury or accident, which might occur to me or my child during any of Be The Light Music & Dance Company's classes, rehearsals, performances, or activities. I also exempt, release and indemnify Be The Light Music & Dance Company, its owners, volunteers, assistants, employees and/or students from any and all liability claims, demands or causes of action whatsoever from any damage, loss, or injury to me, my children or property which may arise out of or in connection with participation in any classes, performances, or activities conducted by Be The Light Music & Dance Company. I further hereby voluntarily agree to waive my rights and that of my heirs that would hold Be The Light Music & Dance Company, its owners, volunteers, assistants, employees and /or students liable for such damage, loss or injury. I understand that I should be aware of me or my child's physical limitations and agree not to exceed them. If I am signing this waiver for my children, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and have the right to waive these rights.

COVID – 19 WAIVER
At Be The Light Music & Dance Company, we are following social distancing + cleaning protocol. As any other public place, we cannot guarantee that your child will not be exposed, whether at Be The Light Dance Studio or elsewhere or if exposed, that your child will not contract the disease. By signing below, you agree to waive any claims of liability against Be The Light Music & Dance Company and to hold Be The Light Music & Dance Company harmless if your child contracts COVID-19 despite our best efforts to prevent it. Additionally, I agree to notify Be The Light Music & Dance Company if my child or any member of our household contracts COVID-19 or has come into contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19. This action will help ensure the utmost safety of our dancers + staff.
