ALL ACCOUNTS WILL BE ‘AUTO BILLED’ ON THE 1st OF THE MONTH. This will cover all extra charges for the previous month (vending, dance wear, etc) and the tuition for the current month. A receipt will be emailed to the primary email on the account. (THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL FEE FOR THIS SERVICE). REQUIRED: CREDIT CARD OR BANK ACCOUNT FOR TUITION AUTO BILL.
If your card declines, you will have until the 5th of each month to provide an alternative payment. On the 6th, we will add a $35 late fee. Failure to provide payment by the 1st of the following month, will result in student not being able to attend class or perform in year-end recital. A $5.00 late fee will be added every 5 days after the 5th day account is late.
Your card will continue to be billed, unless we receive a “Withdrawal” form to remove student from class roster prior to the 1st of the month. NO EXCEPTIONS! Failure to turn in a “Withdrawal” form will result in continued tuition charges & late fees, until we receive a completed form or letter. Any outstanding fees on the account must be paid in full upon withdrawal.
TUITION REMAINS THE SAME EACH MONTH REGARDLESS OF WHETHER IT IS A 5-WEEK MONTH OR A SHORTENED MONTH DUE TO HOLIDAYS. Tuition is not prorated, refunded or credited for missed classes or holidays. Any student who misses a class may make-up classes in other technique classes comparable for their age/skill level after signing up through the front desk.
If your child is absent due to any reason (e.g. illness, vacation, or other activities) payment is still run on the 1st to continue to hold the spot in class for the student. There are NO REFUNDS for missed classes.
A $35 return check fee will be added on all insufficient fund checks.
If parents are splitting payment for their student(s), written consent must be given from BOTH parents as to whom is paying what portion of the charges. Any changes that will affect payment must be approved by both parties, who must each inform our office manager of such changes. It is the responsibility of the parents to figure out payment plans, and not that of the BC DANCE staff.
All accounts must be completely paid off by May 1 for students to be able to participate in the end-of-the year recital.
If you decide to take time off, the re-registration fee within the season is $15.
NOTE: This form must be read and signed before the participant is permitted to take part in any event sessions. By signing this agreement, the participant affirms having read it.

We, the staff of BC DANCE, recognize our obligation to make sure our students and their parents are aware of the risks and hazards involved in the sport of dance. By signing this waiver, you release BD DANCE and all its employees from all claims on account of any injury which may be sustained by your child while attending any dance class, event associated with BC Dance, or outside performance. I have read this Release of Liability and Waiver Agreement, fully understand its terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it, and sign it freely and voluntarily without inducement.
