Dance is a physical activity. With any physical activity, accidents and injuries may occur. I will not hold Linda's DanceWorks, or it's staff, responsible in the event that an accident, injury, or illness, occurs as a result of dancing, or dance related activities. I am responsible for all tuition charges as described in the Studio Policy and brochure. I am responsible for honoring the policies, schedules, and dress code of LDW.
