I understand that all lessons must be paid for regardless of attendance. I understand that Storm the Stage only accepts payment for tuition via Direct Debit and my Direct Debit information is correct and up to date. I understand that 4 weeks written notice must be given if ceasing classes altogether at Storm the Stage. An official email must be sent to admin@stormthestagepaa.com. Direct Debit payments will cease after the 4 week notice period. I understand that once payment is received no refunds are given I understand that 2 weeks written notice must be given when changing, swapping, adding or cancelling any classes. An official email must be sent to admin@stormthestagepaa.com. . I understand that declined Direct Debit payments will incur a dishonour fee and the transaction will be process again within the following 5 days. If payment is declined for a second time classes will be suspended until payment is made. I understand that Photographs & videos taken at Storm the Stage events & classes could be used for promotional & website advertising. I allow for my child's picture/video to be take and used in Advertising, Storm the Stage Social Media or on the studios Website. I agree to the 2024 Storm the Stage studios rules and terms and conditions.
