*No refund of registration fee, tuition, recital, or boutique for any reason.
*Missed classes cannot be accumulated in lieu of tuition.
*Enrolled students can make up missed classes as space allows.
*Excessive absences during school year will result in less stage time.
*All health guidelines/mandates will be strictly adhered to.

Even with due care, there are risks associated with participation in physical activities. I release, waive, and discharge from ALL liability in event of accident/disease/illness/injury/natural disaster: Vicki Michelle, owners, employees, instructors, and other participants. VM is only responsible for your child during their scheduled class.

I grant VM permission to use images/photos/videos of my child for marketing purposes, including social media.
